Great specs, documentation, uses dell 7.4mm charger
Original review: Fresh out of the box, it only charges to 92% using the charger it shipped with. No errors on the screen. Tried usb-c charging as well. No fan running and itโs cool to the touch (indoors). No solution in the manual. Canโt figure it out. Other than that, looks and seems like a pretty nice unit that checks all the boxes. I ordered a second one to see if maybe this first unit is just a dud. Will update the review with my findings. Update 1: Fantastic documentation! Canโt say enough great things about the specifications and documentation. Very impressed! Unit 1 definitely has some display issues because the charge level indicator and output indicators are off. For example, it will say 120 watt output and the receiving device will show 140 watt in. Unit 2 seems perfect so far. Love the pass thru charging! I wish it shipped with a 100 watt charger and a 100 watt usb-c cable, but thatโs a minor gripe. Very happy! Update 2: After conversing with the seller, we figured out that if I drain it 100% to 0%, then fully charge immediately to 100%, the gauge will reset. Now both units seem to charge and work identically, and I can no longer determine which is which. Paired with a 130w dell DC7455 plug size charger, it charges at ~99w on ac alone, and can be plugged into USB-C charger to charge even quicker if needed. I drain them both daily and am extremely happy. Debating on getting a 3rd. Compared to others, it is a fantastic sweet spot of a deal. DC Input DC7455 ; DC Output DC5521; Recommend getting the 130w dell or greater charger as the 90w dell one tends to over heat and shuts down after an hour because this battery will pull 96w from it. Thatโs a good thing on both sides. Very happy! Update 3: Many months laterโฆI now own 4 of these, one permanently charging from 100w solar (~70w input according to battery), one as a battery backup for a computer (on a cheap outlet timer to make sure the battery gets a workout daily), and two others floating around. I canโt say enough great things about them. I encouraged my family members to buy them as well, and they use them from camping, remote working and etc. These are simple, well built, hardworking and the price point is perfect. [I wasnโt paid to say this.]

Great battery and duration and price
I like this for not being too expansive. Worked well in my initial testing. It can hold battery and charge phone and small appliances. Also has lights which is very helpful. All in all I prefer this over gas powered ones , since I just need to keep it charged. I think the money worth it , very portable ,.light in size and with many fe as tires such as USB ports and conventional ports.

Awesome for the money.
So far so good! It charges your phone, you can plug a lamp or plug any number of things into it to charge or just run, and it just works. I'm very happy with my purchase, so happy I bought a second one with a solar panel for each. It's easy to use, just push the power button and plug a device into one of the USB ports or outlets. You can also wirelessly charge your phone on the top pad. Awesome battery for the money. It's not heavy at all so it's easy to carry.

Great power station
Used it on a weekend camping trip to power my cpap. It ran it all night with 5% battery remaining in the morning. It charged back to 100% on a solar charger on a cloudy day, and powered the cpap again that night. Based on 1 weekend with this, I would recommend it.

Your milage may vary
After having the unit for a couple of months, I had need to use the 120ac output for the first time. I couldn't get to work. Thinking I was doing something wrong, I set the matter aside until I could figure it out. Never did. Fast forward to the end of June, 2 days into a 2 week camping trip, and the unit will seemingly not accept a charge. Display is on, battery icon shows charging, but the input wattage display goes from 0 to 32w then craters to 0 and stays there . The charge % stays at 0 as well. Quite honestly I'm afraid the charge controller is shot and I'm risking a fire.

Good value but some misleading claims
Seems reasonably well made. Has all the accessories one might need. Arrived with 50% charge on battery. The reasons I do not get 5 stars are: 1) Took MUCH longer than expected to top off the first charge to 100%. The advertising is very misleading on this point. In what universe does a maximum of 60Wh input charge a 288Wh battery in 90 minutes? It is an engineering impossibility. Even 120Wh charge rate (12v @ 10A or 24v @ 5A for example) would still take almost 2.5 hrs to fully charge. There are no options to rapid charge this pack as advertised. I was counting on it. That's a disappointment. 2) I saw a video review that complained about the wireless charging pad not working. I was almost about to leave the same comment but discovered how to make it work. What the manual does NOT tell you is, not only must the main power be turned on, but the USB port power must also be turned on to activate the wireless charging. 3) The online marketing states that DC devices (USB and 12v ports) can be used while the device is also being charged (Pass-through charging). This is true but makes no mention of the AC port. The manual instead has a stern warning NOT to use the AC port while charging. The reality is, the AC port becomes disabled the moment charging begins anyway. No need for the stern warning. Other than these three observations, still a very good value. Battery life definitely lives up to the published specs. Battery is rated at 288Wh. My measurements put it closer to 350Wh. One thing I will say I was very impressed by is the voltage regulation. On battery, the AC output remained at a rock solid 110VAC, at no load and at 90w load, at 100% charge all the way down to 2% charge.

Well worth the money.
I use this to charge everything rechargeable, run a tv and dvd player. It actually uses less watts then bigger more expensive Generators. I'm still learning solar energy and this is one so well that I bought a 2nd one.
