I bought this for my 100 year old mom when I replaced her toilet to the handicap height and put this on the commode to help her get up and down more easily. It adjusts in height as well as width which I did have to adjust down for her size and it was easy to do. The installation was simple, and the adjustable width made it easy to get the right fit without feeling cramped. The frame feels sturdy with no wobbling, and the 350‑lb weight rating seems accurate based on how secure it feels when putting full pressure on the handles. The padded grips are comfortable and don’t slip, even with damp hands. I like that the height and angle can be adjusted so it works with different toilet styles. It also doesn’t take up much space, and the open‑front design makes cleaning around the toilet easier than bulkier frames. I just lift it out to clean and place it back it is lightweight yet sturdy. If you need dependable support for sitting and standing, this is a strong, well‑built option that adds a lot of stability without being difficult to install. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am an elderly woman with a great deal of arthritis all over, including my hands. I bought this toilet rail for traveling because I often have difficulty getting off the toilet in hotel rooms. I assembled the entire rail without any problems, but realized it is not foldable. After some looking it over, I ascertained that by removing the clips with pins that hold the legs steady it IS FOLDABLE!!! Even I, with my terribly arthritic hands, could very easily remove the clips for folding and reinsert them for usage. I'm going to tape a small zip lock plastic bag on the stability rail to put the clips in when the rails are folded. This is a very nice, stable unit. I'm glad I purchased it.

Easy to assemble, easy to adjust, and very effective assistive device. I'm recovering from quad repair, and this device has made what was extremely difficult (with one working leg) - sitting and rising - fairly easy. Fits well across the bowl, and provides good adjustment for both height and width. Sturdy enough to provide confidence for my 240 pounds.

Easy to put together and fits multiple size toilets. Very sturdy. Can place the legs wide so as not to restrict your actions when doing your business. I weigh 220 lbs and the unit could certainly accommodate a larger person. I don't know the max it is rated.

After having put together another company's raised toilet seat, which fought us every step of the way, I was hugely and very pleasantly surprised by how much easier the Pelegon was to assemble. It isn't a perfect fit for our bidet (Toto) toilet, but it definitely will help with standing up. Excellent quality. I do wish the side rails extended a bit further toward the front.

I put one of these together and it was perfect for my elderly aunt to help her use the toilet. I also used it when my knees were aching. It’s easy to assemble and is sturdy. I bought a second one for our main level commode.

This is a quality product! We got a loaner for my wife following her knee surgery, and rickety would be an understatement. This one is easily adjustable, and the instructions are crystal clear. A couple of extra parts are included, although I didn't need them. The arm pieces have a nice pad on them and are angled slightly downward which provides an excellent grip. I highly recommend it for anyone needing safety rails on the toilet.

What a help! Stays put . I did put wash clothes over the back rails and the toilet seat cover to stop any noise.Very easy to set up! Easily fit different size toilets. Very good purchase!

This item wasn’t quite right for my elderly mother but it was a good quality product. The service was excellent. I had no problem getting a refund even though the company is based in the US, which was processed before the product was received. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again.
