Tried to charge the device but it never charged and the machine never did activate or run.When trying to return. The address label was not complete and it was to go to CHINA with me paying for the return. this was not stated upon purchase and the item is defective. I was told at the post office thtat the item would cost more to ship back than it's original cost. In adition the address label was not complete and the return label is the one Amazon had me print out. WHAT a SCAM

Easy to use just plug it in fill with makeup brush cleaner and warm water to fill line and turn it on. My brushes were so clean, I could not believe how much make up builds up in them. My brushes were even softer since cleaning them and my face feels less oily.

You can only clean 3 to 4 at a time and not large brushes at all. Still have to clean them after you take them out and hand clean anything other than an eyeshadow brush. Not really worth the money

The item did not work when it arrived. When I tried to return it, the seller gave me a bogus address (full of squares in place of letters) to send it to, at my cost. This is not a reputable seller, do not buy.
