Really great stuff!! Looking to freshen up, stop bundle eating, get a work out or start growing stamina for that jaw game, this is the stuff. I wasn’t expecting much but the day I got it was tough, I did the recommend 5 mins twice daily and now the gum is easier to chew but still gives me a work out. Do not over do it, you will be uncomfortable.

Good gum
Very tough and hard to chew (which is the point) after about half the bag is was much easier to chew then up so I think my jaw got stronger. No noticeable physical changes though.

I really like them but they aren’t for everyone
It’s a hard piece of gum and they are pretty big (compared to normal gum). My friends didn’t like them but I love them. Personally I chew them all day and use the same piece for 3-4 days.

Price gouging at it's finest.
I like this product. I like the ingredients. The taste is fine. It gives your jaw a better workout than regular gum. But, what the heck is with this price hike? I paid $14-$15 for this in the past and might have bought it again, but not for $19!!! I just bought 120 sticks of Extra for less than $9. Chewing 2 of those at the same time is similar to chewing 1 of these, which works out to half the price and 20 more servings. I won't buy this again unless they drop the price back to $14, which is still overpriced.

Old school chewing gum hardness that's hard to find these days
I used to really like chewing gum as a stim. It helps me to think. Over the last few years it seems like most gum recipes have changed somehow and they've become really soft and stickier and they aren't as good for chewing as they used to be-I don't know if the gum will actually work to improve my jawline or not. The theory is sound and sometimes I feel like the muscles in my face are getting sore, but... I'm mostly just chewing it because it's a nice way to engage my oral fixation without getting too many calories.
