Amazing ice packs that hold temperature for 2 hours. Great for after surgery. You don't have to change packs so often. I have bought these as gifts for family and friends.

These fit very well with the Activewrap shoulder wrap and bring me relief from post surgical misery. I have other Activewrap wraps for my knee and ankles and they are also a great.

Top shelf construction. Something I would expect to get from a PT/Surgical Center and pay a LOT more for! Easy to use. Ice pack stays cold for longer than I could keep it on for. Highly recommend.

Ordered 6 X 9 Ice pack. Item received is NOT 6 X 9. Actual size is about 5 X 8. Product works very well. It does fit within previously purchased holder for knee support but is smaller than original ice paks. Ice pack sleeve does contain three velcro adhesives which helps to hold ice pack in support brace. Just note, it is NOT 6 inches X 9 inches...Joe

I bought a few extra of these to go with a wrap I bought prior to surgery, and can't recommend this system enough. The cold packs stay cold for exactly the duration you need them (for most situations, you don't want them to be icy cold for more than 15-20min) and they contour around your body even when frozen. I kept four of them on rotation in my freezer for post-op orthopedic recovery, and bought the 2hr ice packs that are the same size for use overnight (I couldn't find these on Amazon and had to order directly from the site, but they still delivered super fast). By far the best therapy wraps I've ever used, and I've been through a few of them as a runner. The price point is also super reasonable, especially when you compare the range of price points for other therapy-related devices available. I'll be buying a few of these just to have in case I need them.

The packs are designed for my shoulder brace and last longer than normal gel ice packs

I will be having a hip replacement in 30 days and wanted to get on top of how I will ice following surgery and this fits the bill! I've been wearing since I received it and it is a much better alternative to regular ice packs. The velcro keeps it in place and is providing great relief. I bought an additional ice pack for it so I'm set to go. Highly recommend!!
