This is the worst product. This heat bag doesn't have gel inside. So it's not getting hot and not useful.So pls Don't purchase this bakwas product.

The water bag works. It heats up, and stays warm. The material is thin, but for the price of 149Rs, its acceptable. You just need to make sure to do the following steps:1. The bag comes empty. There is NO GEL inside2. There is some sort of "galvanothermy energy conversion agent" inside the bag which will helep to heat up the water inside. It feels like some grainy powder.3. Open up the small clear plastic stopper. The hole will be where you put the water in. A plastic bottle funnel cap is provided. Fill a normal mineral water bottle with filtered water, and screw on the funnel cap provided.4. Fill up the water bag from the hole. Try not to spill out any water onto the electrical socket5. Fill up about 1/2 to 3/4 of the bag. Remove the funnel cap and squeeze out as much air as possible from the bag. Put back the plastic stopper. Make sure it's tight, but don't push it too much inside.6. Plug in the electrical wire provided. Charge up the bag. It takes a few minutes to heat up. When the charging is finished, the red light will automatically disappear, and charging stops.7. Enjoy using the warm bag.One important thing to note. DO NOT CHANGE or throw away the water in the bag. Because the bag contains the "galvanothermy energy conversion agent" stuff which gets dissolved in the water. If you change the water to new clean water, that stuff is gone. And the bag will not heat up any more...Hope this helps

E-COSMOS Heating bag, it says it doesnt require water filling as it comes with gel inside, but that is false. This is of cheap quality, stops working after a while, doesnt come with gel inside and we need to fill it ourselves.

Easy to use, they provided a small funnel bottle cap accessory which will fit to normal water bottle. Heats up pretty well in 4 mins, I used normal well water. If not heating up then add small qty of (1gm ) salt to water ( not too much salt though). I always drain the water once used.
