Litespan is a very lightweight model aircraft covering material which is availablelin different colours. Litespan is a very light and strong synthetic material which is airtight, waterproof, resistant to diesel and glow fuels. It can be painted with most model paints - so it is an excellent material to apply to balsa or other surfaces to prepare them for painting. It is heat sealed to the model (after coating the model with Balsaloc adhesive), and then tightened by extra heat. Each sheet measures 36" x 20" (914.4mm x 508mm).
