Fitment is perfect and easy to install
This replacement part fit perfect and was very easy to install once you have the HUD out of the car. I recommend watching a YouTube video on dash removal and HUD repair before attempting the DIY. I did and it makes the repair much easier. I did it on my 2003 C5 Corvette

Perfect replacement but…
This will eventually fail just as the OE one did. The pin is made of plastic which will eventually wear away. Wish the center pin was made of metal to improve on the original design.
