Nice set of ground training rings. They come in half-hexagons and attach via rubber sleeves. This allows you to fold them through each sleeve, but the bag that it comes with allows for flat fit, so not sure what the whole point is, other than they ship smaller.Rings fit together by fitting the tongue/groove on the sides/tops. This isn't bad since you can make hurdles out of these or just interesting ring patters. NGL, this is kinda a neat feature, but it does limit the number of rings in-use, so you're gonna need a bunch more than the six (6) it comes with for a good training course. I have other rings that have a pretty complicated clip-system and I spend more time remembering how to work the clips, so this is way better.Ok...rings seem sturdy and they hold up pretty well (or at least they don't get all crumpled up like an agility ladder). The rubber connectors surprisingly do help in keeping these from sliding too much if you inadvertently kick them.My only gripe is that they're not as large as some other rings, so they do require a bit more attention if I'm running them for separate drills. But that's not a fault of the rings. I do like these and would recommend for coaches or training enthusiasts.

These are made of strong plastic and seem pretty durable. They assembled easily. I love the bag that came with it. Usually the bag is just barely big enough to fit the item or too small and it is a waste. This bag is large enough to fit everything perfectly. As a mom with lots of stuff in her house I appreciate this attention to organizational detail.
