I'm just starting airbrushing and since I live in an apartment building, I didn't want it to be too loud so I thought I'd try this instead of a bigger compressor with a tank. At first I bought a cheap £10 one somewhere else but both the handheld compressor and airbrush felt poorly made for painting model kits and I had to wait a couple of weeks for it. This came the next day and because I was worried the airbrush wasn't going to be good, I also bought a Gaahleri GHAD-39 with it.I'm happy to say even the airbrush that came with it can perform just as well as the extra airbrush I got so I'll be using it for most of the priming and base layers and use the extra airbrush as a spare and for detailing.It doesn't include a pressure gauge so you don't exactly know which pressure you're on but that's something you can add on if you need to be precise.

If you're looking to get into airbrushing this is a great option. I'm using it to paint models, the dual action trigger is easy to learn and you'll soon be painting.Do take some time to practice before heading to your models. Use paper to practice on.The compressor is quiet, easily stored on or below the work area.Spray booth, for health reasons I suppose it's a must, but I don't have one. I'm working next to an open window.Paint, it goes a very long way. Can I mix normal acrylic paint? Yes.Cleaning, it's straightforward but can be fiddly to start with.Would I buy it again? Yes

The compressor is mains powered only, it doesn't have a rechargeable battery. It also lacks a psi gauge so you can't accurately regulate the air pressure. But for the price, it represents very good value and performs well. I use it for painting scale models.

This is my first airbrush and I can honestly say I'm very impressed with how great it works. The results that I've managed to achieve have been consistent so far, i love the way it's easily controllable (paint/air mixture), it's small, very quiet, does exactly what it says on the tin.If you are looking to buy your first airbrush before spending loads this is a fantastic starter set to buy that comes with lots of extras like a cleaning kit, 3 x different sized needles and spare seals. Can't go wrong with this one.

I previously wrote a review about the dissatisfaction I had with this product after a few months.Since I left my review the customer service team were amazing. I cannot fault them.They helped so much and were professional and friendly. 100% recommend & my new airbrush i received works so much better.

Nice little item but the paint is streaking and drips. I’ve tried the 3 different nozzles and different pressure but still the same. Maybe I need to try a different paint??

Great airbrush - comes already prepared for use + brings extra rods, washers, a handy cleaning kit and is well packaged.The paint drum is quite large allowing for longer use without having to refill.The compressor is small, quiet and very consistent in pressure.Recently I have been able to prime 2000 points of Space marines in one sitting followed by base coating in another sitting with no problem.Would recommend to anyone wanting an airbrush for Basecoating/Priming minis with little airbrush experience.

Very Ease of use, intuitive has wide applications from small fine spray paint to a wider spray, more coverage. All on all highly recommended

Je fais des maquettes depuis pas mal d’années , équipé d’un compresseur de gros volume, type JFR20 ,j’ai voulu passer un équipement plus léger. J’ai été très agréablement surpris par la qualité et la finesse de cet aérographe très costaud. Et d’une précision très correct pour peindre des maquettes ou effectuer des pochoirs il sera un allié très précieux avec sa pulvérisation, très fluide, style brouillard, ce qui n’enlève rien que vous devez gérer quand même votre mélange plus ou moins fluide suivant les peintures utilisées. Je le recommande particulièrement pour les débutants pour ne pas se prendre la tête .un appareil efficace et facile à nettoyer.

Dies ist die erste AirBrush in meinem Leben! Hab Interesse daran meine 3D-Drucke mit einer AirBrush etwas mehr "dynamik" zu geben. Dazu gehört natürlich auch viel Können und Übung, das aber mal außen vor gelassen, hier geht es ja rein um das Set.Ich als Anfänger bin rundum zufrieden, es ist alles dabei was man benötigt. Gerade der kompakte Kompressor passt perfekt AUF meine Arbeitsfläche und fällt nicht negativ auf. Ja, er hat keinen Tank und ja, er ist im Betrieb etwas lauter, was mich aber auch überhaupt nicht stört. Durch die Vibrationen im Betrieb geht der Kompressor gerne auf Wanderschaft, man muss sich also in seiner Ungebung etwas einfallen lassen. Bei mir ist er zwischen einer Mehrfachsteckdose und einer gedruckten AirBrush-Halterung eingeklemmt, da ist nicht mehr viel mit Wanderschaft.Zur AirBrush an sich. Ich bin ja ein totaler Laie, habe aber schnell gecheckt wie das alles mechanisch funktioniert und ineinenadergreift. Einfach mal alles was geht auseinandernehmen, kaputtmachen kann man da nicht wirklich was. Farbe eingefüllt und ein paar erste Testlinien gemacht - sieht schon gar nicht mal schlecht aus. Max. ausgesprühte Farbmenge lässt sich leicht mechanisch einstellen, so lassen sich auch sehr feine Linien ziehen.Mit Sicherheit wird ein (Semi)Profi das Set belächeln und etliche Punkte finden die nixht gefallen. Als Einsteiger, der das Teil vielleicht 2-3 Mal im Monat nutz und in die Materie rein kommen will, ist das perfekt. Ich bin voll und ganz zufrieden, ich kann günstig in die Thematik reinschnuppern. Wenn ich das mal irgendwann ernsthaft betreiben und "mehr" möchte, dann gibt es bekanntlich nach oben nur schwer ein Ende 😀An alle Anfänger: kauft euch beruhigt das Set.

My only dislike about this product is the lack of any info about changing the spray rods, nozzles etc, (although there is diagram) otherwise it works great, and the quality is very good.Would have had 5 stars if the instructions were better.
