Very sharp. Quality is what I wanted and I am pleased. The weight is good for my wife to easily manage. The product has a wonderful feel in your hands and cuts hedges and bushes easily. Very sharp! Light weight but rugged.

I ordered these clippers because I read an online story about recommended gardening products that said they're the only clippers used by the New York Botanical Garden. I've only used them once, but my impression is: They give a precise clip, but they're pretty heavy. I ordered them as a replacement for an old pair of Craftsman clippers, which were considerably lighter. I'd been unable to find good-quality clippers in local stores and garden centers, so this was a crapshoot. These might be just fine for someone who's average size or bigger (I'm a small female retiree), but I was a little disappointed because of the weight.

These seem to be of good quality. Time will tell [provided I keep them out of the rain, this time!]. I especially like that some parts are replaceable. It's nice to have decent shears again.

Very nice hedge sheers, It was a nice upgrade from my Fiskars that btw did not like much. I like the mechanism that allows me to adjust how tied I want the sheers. I think these are not as fine as the Okatsune for what I can see in some videos. The only issue I had on the second day I used them, the knob to tie the sheers got locked up and I couldn’t move it by hand, I had to use priers to unlock it. I also noticed they needed to be sharped, a quick touch up after a day of use in my yard. Time will tell how well these are built, so far I like them, they seem to be a fine pair of sheers.

i have been gardening for more than forty years and these are by far the best hedge shears I have ever used. Comfortable grip and precise cut.
