Great, but pricey...
I love Nello, but the price is crazy expensive! The taste is great & I drink it almost every night. I do think that it help some nights with my quality of sleep, but I feel the best thing that it does is help relax before bed. If you are trying to find something that will work as melatonin, this is not that product.

I take this shortly before turning in for the night and it has given me some of my better sleep lately! Good flavor and real easy to use. In my opinion, it meets all of what the description states.

Sweeter than other products on the market
I ordered the Nello Supercalm because the product I usually order from Nectar was not available on Amazon and I ran out. Overall very similar product- similar ingredients-the Supercalm has more Aswaganda- and more calories (10), and is a lot sweeter. For me it is too sweet. It also does not dissolve well in cold water. I went back to my old product- because of the sweetness.
