Can this be cut to fit without damaging the waterproofing. I want to cut it to fit the built in seats of my shower.

Does the pillow get moldy

It will get moldy if it isn’t cleaned periodically. I make sure the cushion is propped up for airflow under the bottom.

Could this be used behind the back on the chair? I don’t want suction cups and it needs to be stiff so it won’t fall down.

Ido not see why it could not be used on the back of a chair. The one that I have does not have suction cups but does not move at all when I sit on it.

No straps, but really not necessary. My father is 200 pounds. I don't believe it qould move regardless of weight. Nice addition to chair.
