' "Hail Theoden King!" '
This is a lovely miniature model from the "Armies of Middle Earth" toy range of "The Lord Of The Rings". It captures Théoden, King of Rohan perfectly as he is decked out in his battle gear in "The Return Of The King", astride his noble steed Snowmane, holding his trusty sword. The details are exquisite; there is a great deal of accuracy to the film character's appearance; the figure even has the likeness of Bernard Hill in its face, the horse is just a little darker in colour than usual and the overall appearance of the entire model is very appealing. It arrived really quickly, which was great as I have had a few late arrivals and one purchase that never arrived at all, and the only little niggle I had upon opening the package was that the sword had broken until I restored it with extra strong superglue. It looks even better standing next to my model of Merry and Eowyn from the same brand, and is a truly wonderful addition to my collection.
