So, if you read my first review below, you know that we had "leaking" issues with the first shower head and that the company was shipping us a replacement. It appears that both washers in the box were bad. Fast forward to today, (Aug. 19th), I received the replacement shower head and the washers in this box were better...simply put...they worked and there are no leaks! Whoo-hoo!! : ) THANK YOU Hopopro for making things right and for making me a happy customer! I can honestly give it a 5-star rating now. I LOVE the 5 spray settings and the water pressure is perfect...forceful but not hard. I do highly recommend this shower head and it's currently on sale. Can't beat the price for a great quality shower head. 😃 But remember, watch the video in the link I attached in my first review below. Which is definitely big enough. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the box and found the Teflon tape, a little wrench AND a shower cap all included. Wow! Nice touch. : ) Unfortunately, after spending over 30 mins placing the washer inside several times because it kept leaking once the water was turned on, we gave up and EMAILED the company. We ended up sending 2 different videos showing the leaking issue. We may have just gotten one with bad washers; not sure. But the company is shipping us a replacement. My biggest complaint is that you can't call and talk with anyone. Everything is done by email. So, it took 3 days going back and forth in email to finally get them to send us a replacement. Hopefully the next one will be a success because it really is a nice shower head. And I LOVE that there are 5 different types of spraying options. Bought this o try and help improve water pressure in my upstairs shower. It did the trick. Comes with gasket and multiple stream settings. Has a great face mister option as well. Easy to install, great product for the price.

I've had this shower head for over 3 years now and use it almost every day. Was easy to install and works great! No issue with getting good pressure and I really like all the different settings you can have with it. Would definitely recommend this over any stock shower head and will be picking up another for my other bathroom. Also great that it is so inexpensive.

Pro - Nice shower head with 5 modes. A lot better the old one, lots of pressure. great price Con - The only issue is the wrench (is included) is very narrow. can't use your own tools

Wow. This was so easy to install. I used the enclosed wrench to take out the old shower head and install the new on. Easy to do. The shower head works great. Lots of settings (for a shower head). Great buy.

It fits the bill for a very inexpensive shower head replacement. It matched Delta Bronze in the master bath well enough and installs easily as long as you toss their plumbing tape and use a quality tape. Theirs will get you water spraying out the back of the threads, no matter how tight it is. It does give a decent all purpose shower spray. The other settings are just a waste of time. Why 3 stars? It is *ridiculously* loud. The noise of rushing water moving through the head is enough to hear out of the bathroom, through the bedroom, down the hall and around the corner in the kitchen. Where the original head made a light shower hiss, this is like listening to your outdoor hose bib roar at full blast. It was cheap enough that I think I'll just use it in the spare shower vs sending it back and I'll just refurbish the old one. Now that I think about it, 3 stars is generous.

I'm a 72 yr old woman who has never replaced a shower head before and was able to put this on easily. The hardest part was getting the very old shower head off which I did with the right size wrench. The little wrench that comes with the kit was useless because it doesn't even fit around the new shower head. But the included plumber's tape was nice! It does slightly leak, but it's as tight as I can get it. The water pressure is amazing and the different modes are great. I should have done this years ago!
