Cannot get the cameras to connect.1. This is the only number they have connected to2. I have connected my phone to the 2.4 connection (instead of 5)3. I have reset the cameras several times—————————Update 5/1/18I had to re-create an act using an email instead of my phone. Once I did that (after connecting to my 2.4 connection on my router) everything worked fine. The distance of the wireless connection to the camera is great as well. Couldn’t be happier.Setup is the only con, silly having to not use the fiber connection I pay to enjoy, but hey...for the price and the very good quality, I can’t complain

UPDATE: 2-1/2 years later I'm still using the camera and it's still delivering on what I purchased it for. Very pleased!Original Review: I had no idea what to expect from this product when I purchased it -- I just wanted something to keep an eye on my (detached) garage and back yard area at night and when I'm not home. I've never installed or used anything like this before but I'm happy to report it was a breeze to set up and it works perfectly. The video resolution is adjustable and remarkably clear, and I'm also really impressed with the night vision capability. My only "complaint" is that the sensitivity, even on the lowest setting, is still a bit too sensitive. For example, I have the unit on the window ledge of my back porch and every night at dusk when the fireflies (lightning bugs) or moths come out the motion detector goes off multiple times when the insects flutter past it....even at several feet away! This is a minor complaint, as I suppose there probably isn't any real way around it, but just be aware it's VERY sensitive. Otherwise, I'm really pleased with this security camera and would recommend it to anyone!

UPDATED: I still really like this camera, however, I can NOT connect it to any other internet than the original one I set it up on. I've tried taking it while traveling and it just refuses to connect to anything but my original internet. This camera is perfect just to check in on the house and make sure nothing is going wrong. Otherwise, my original review still holds true.ORIGINAL REVIEW: Honestly, this isn't the fanciest of security cameras but for the price, it's exactly what I wanted. I ordered this to keep an eye on my new puppy in her crate while I was away. Eventually, I'm going to use this to watch in on her when I go back to work (teacher) in the fall and plan to buy another a couple more to use because we plan to hire a dog walker to come in. The audio is a lot better than I expected.Other reviews complain about not being able to flip the camera if you mount it upside down, but you definitely can flip it. You do have to pay $5 a month if you want to watch backward and store footage, but is that really that much for a piece of mind?

I really like the camera overall. Great picture. Easy setup. The application is great, easy to use, zoom, 180 degree view, view with WiFi or 4G 3G- nice features for viewing on the application. Night vision. Sound. Motion detection notifications. I am considering the $5/month subscription so everything is recorded to cloud real time. Otherwise you can insert a microSD card for rocording. That won’t matter if the theif takes the camera though.One thing I don’t like is that you cannot view video clips from the motion sensor detection. You need the cloud service for that feature. You can get notifications of motion detection but you need to go into the app and manually record whatever is detected to record real time footage. Or use the sd card but as I said that doesn’t matter if your camera is taken.Great value though and $5 cloud service is very reasonable. I recommend.

This review is for the Lensoul WiFi security camera.(The company replaced the original camera with a different one in the same listing, I will attach images of the correct one I’m reviewing about.)-Apps I used were on both Android and iOS.After extensive testing and use this is what I like and dislike about the WiFi camera.Pros: image quality during the day is quite clear.- Durable and has been holding up for the last two years.that’s about the only good thing about this camera.Cons: Outside or behind a window, this camer has terrible night vision quality and you cannot turn the night vision off in the “Danale” application. I used the “new” application they mentioned to turn off night vision called “AI View”, and the same issue arose.The settings are there to turn it off but when you click the option the app just hangs at a loading icon and doesn’t stay applied.the Android/iOS applications definitely need work. So many instability issues with the camera and the applications.Opted to buy a Wyze cam when I couldn’t return this device for a refund. You could buy two Wyze cams for the price of this device.

These worked great for a month ....then they simply cannot be reached anywhere but in the house on my own wifi! HOW IS THAT HELPFUL! ??? I have read allll the reviews and performed all the magic...Nope.... still not working! DO NOT BUY these....Danale APP nor the Home Connect app or of any use...unless i am standing right next to the camera...REFUND! So upsetting all i want to see are my pets.....to make sure they are ok...this is very disappointing
