Great item with a lot of power. We bought this one after our old one stopped working. I would say it is on the expensive side, but considering functionality and the attachments it's what you would expect. I really like the screen that actually shows the mode you are using, battery left and even water temperature. Though I did find the battery display to be no accurate and not sure about the water temperature. It would show 15-10% battery left and then just shut down. Also did not manage to change the temperature display from F to C. I followed the instructions, but no luck. Might be I did something wrong. A great feature is UV that you can turn after every usage. Water capacity is what you would expect and it last about 1-2 min while using it. I would strongly suggest to to register it for warranty as our first one broke down only after 4 months (screen stopped working). I could still use it, but it made it a lot harder. Since I had the warranty after a couple of emails back and forth they send me a replacement.

UPDATE ITEM WAS REPLACED SWIFTLY GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Was good while it lasted but 3 months in and it no longer works. The display no longer comes on and it no longer squirts any water

I Have purchased 2 of these items, and after 5 months they have both stopped working the black one wont charge and the pink unit has gone mouldy around the battery unit and does not come off when its cleaned, it leaves a horrible vile smell whilst using the flosser. i have had quite a few flossers in the past, and they have lasted a few years with no problems. this make i would not recommend!

Result come first. Don't waste your money for this product. I've used MySmile water flossers for years (2 years on the old white one, 1 year on this black LP221), and honestly, this "upgrade" is a disappointment. Save your cash and look elsewhere. Performance Downgrade: Even on the strongest setting, this model is 20-30% weaker than the previous version. You only get the "strong" jet if you're lucky; 90% of the time, it’s just weak to medium. Battery Issues: The power is very inconsistent. If the battery drops below 30%, the jet becomes extremely weak. It doesn't matter if it’s fully charged or running low; it just doesn't have the "kick" the old one had. Missing Features: It has a nice-looking screen, but they removed the PSI (pressure) number that the old model had. Why take away useful information? Fragile Design: It looks "premium," but the jet tips are way too thin. They feel like they’ll break much easier than the old ones. Bottom Line: I can’t find a single thing that makes this better than the previous version. If you want a deep clean, this isn't it.

It has a great water tank size. It has great protective packaging. I love that it has multiple tips. I also love how there are many different pressures, be careful with the highest pressure, it can be quite painful on sensitive gums, you will not need to worry though because there are soft water pressures too! If only there were more colours

Il contenitore dell’acqua con filtro UV antibatterico, risulta capiente e sufficiente per una pulizia approfondita di tutti i denti. La batteria è ancora carica dopo diversi mesi di utilizzo. Prodotto da viaggio ottimo e ben fatto!!

Ich komme einfach nicht mit herkömmlichen Zahnseide klar. Da ich jetzt schmerzlich meine Erfahrungen beim Zahnarzt machte, suchte ich nach einer angemessenen Alternative. Zum Produkt: hält 1:1 was es verspricht. Handhabung seht einfach und das UV-Licht ein MUSS für die Hygiene. Sehr glücklich mit diesem Kauf. Ergebnis: Kein Karies zwischen den Zähnen und Zahnhälsen. Meine Zahnärztin war begeistert und hat gefragt welche Marke und Modell es ist. Für mich ein gutes Feedback einer Fachkraft. Akku hält wirklich ewig!!!
