Can you still use wireless charging through this case?

Yes, I was able to wirelessly charge my Pixel 4 with the OtterBox Defender on.

Does the the case work with edge to edge back function if a glass protector is already on phone

This case is on my Pixel 4 and it does not get in the way of the side functioning of the glass on my phone

Is the camera also protected ?

No screen protector over the camera but it does have a bumper around the camera so it can protect it from falls.
