I was overly impressed!
I’m 6’6”, 265lbs, 66 years old and have been taking Pilate classes for 3 years using Bosa reformers. I wanted to have home access so after tons of research I can see why this model kept being at the top of the list for a longer, wider reformer. Highly recommend.I set a price alert for Prime Days and price has never changed. So the best deal was the awards from Amazon using credit card.When ordered, Balance Body called me to confirm the order and to let me know the jump board I ordered along with it was not compatible. That was nice. They directed me to the correct product and how to adjust my order with Amazon. They also informed me about delivery time and what to expect. All done by a real person from their headquarters in Sacramento.When the order arrived, it seemed overwhelming. But I did as suggested, went on YouTube to the BB Garage and watched the assembly of reformer, installing of legs and installing the tower videos. They were perfect!! And made it easy. All the parts were there, quality is superb and everything lined up. It could not be more sturdy!I like the feel of it. The springs are easy to adjust. The footbar is sturdy and I have zero complaints. The straps and handles adjust easily and I like how the posts and shoulder rests work together. It was a smart purchase that I’ll enjoy for years.
