Same brand, somewhat different installation
I opted to replace my 11-year-old Frigidaire with this Frigidaire because I was satisfied with the older one until a broken door hinge suggested the need for a new one. It was probably too much to hope for, but my thought was that with the same brand and size maybe it would be a case of a "slide out, slide in" installation. It wasn't and it was necessary to drill new mounting holes and shim the back wall due to some tile I had installed a few years ago that didn't quite match the configuration of the new microwave. Nothing horribly complicated, though, in the scheme of things. The new microwave is working well in the two weeks it has been in use. When I placed the order, the predicted delivery date with regular shipping was about 10 days. Much to my surprise, it arrived in two days.

Lasted 1 year
This product only lasted 1 year with very little use.

Product damaged, parts missing, evidence this was likely known!
1. Product was damaged on left side. Door will not open/close properly. Damage creates loss of seal integrity. 2. Evidence this may have been known- mounting plate was missing from box, and styrofoam had been broken, removed, and shoved back in place.
