This is a great little fan. I have a similar old fan that that I am replacing because it was noisy. This one is very quiet, even on high speed. It keeps a tight flow of air; I can feel low speed 12 feet away in my TV chair. The rotating function is good too. The remote works fine but I found it confusing and with no instructions. When you press the power button on the remote the fan turns on just fine. For some reason after it has been on a minute or so the display turns turns off. If you want to change a setting when the fan is on and the display is off you have to wake the display up before you can change anything, or even turn it off. The result is if you want to turn the speed up you have to press any key to wake it up, and then press the + key to change the speed. (Its fastest to just press the key you want twice.) While the display is on just press your button once. Once you know this, no problem. I think the display should stay on while the fan is on. That's the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. All in all, I like it.

Use it almost every day. It's relatively quiet and the remote works well. I actually installed it above a kitchen cabinet for circulation. Looks good and works good.

I just got this fan and so far I like it. I was using a similar sized camping fan that is rechargeable, but was keeping it plugged it which is prob not great for the battery. I decided to invest in something hard wired because I use it every night. It sleek looking and the buttons are touch which are nice. It has 4 speeds which is also nice. I like the oscillation. Not too big not too small. The lights also go off after a few minutes which is great for night time. I also like that it’s actually hardwired with a real plug instead of some small wire without the plug part which most people are doing these days. Things I wish it had: more than one oscillation setting More tilt settings for the head. When lifting the head up and down there is a large degree of difference between the face being straight and the first setting where it’s tilted down. It would be nice if I could get it at multiple degrees in between those settings. If I work really hard I can get it to stay, but it doesn’t want to and wants to snap into the next position.

Bought one for the bedroom and liked it so much that we bought a second one for the living room. It’s nearly silent on the first 2 levels, while still feeling like a nice comfy breeze. A little bit of sound on 3, and on 4 it’s loud enough to provide plenty of good white noise. Definitely helps circulate air well. I like that you can mute the beeping when using the remote. The remote also glows in the dark, making it easy to use at night. *The first one started making a very slight rattling noise on the second day, but it’s not so loud that’s it’s disruptive, and it hasn’t gotten any worse.
