51'' Japanese Soaking Tub Freestanding Bathtub Resin Stone Bathtubs Deep soaking Tub with Overflow and Pop-up Drain - White

My husband and I redid our bathroom and we picked a freestanding acrylic tub from a local plumbing supply house. It was the cheapest one there and it was $2200! I was not happy that it felt cheap but was so expensive. So when I found this stone tub on Amazon, my husband and I decided to risk it! And it was a risk because we couldn't sit in it to try it out! When it arrived on a big trailer truck, the gentleman unloaded it into our garage. Later, we opened the crate and we were stunned by it's beauty and quality! We were very nervous about getting it into our master bathroom because there was nothing to grip. It's so smooth! We bought some lifting straps from a local home improvement store and with 3 strong men we got it into place. The quality is phenomenal. Our plumber did have to buy new connections because the ones that come with it are not the best. We saved $500 and didn't have to settle with a crappy acrylic tub! I highly recommend this tub!

Beautiful bathtub. Perfect size for my space. Great value compared to other tubs we researched. Make sure you respond to delivery inquiry and schedule a time, but once scheduled it arrived on time, packaged great and delivered straight into my garage.

I am so glad I chose this. My grandchildren loves it. It's like a small pool for them. I was so glad two stoppers were included. One of the contractors accidently took the white one and didn't notice. After a couple of weeks of the contractors trying to find one, I was looking at the box all of my paperwork was in and saw the brushed nickel one. This saved the contractors backside! I liked the white one better, but the brushed nickel one is nice also. The 49 1/16" was the perfect size for my area. I can get around the entire tub to dust and sop up the water the grandchildren splash out of the tub. I put tile on three sides of the tub, so the water isn't a problem!

I’m very happy with this 43" Stone Resin Japanese Soaking Tub. When we first unboxed the tub, we unfortunately found that it had a crack from shipping. I contacted customer service and they were fantastic. They responded right away and issued a refund so I could reorder the tub immediately. They handled the return quickly so the replacement could ship faster, which I really appreciated. The new tub arrived and it’s perfect. The quality is great, and it fits wonderfully in our wet bathroom. It’s deep, comfortable, and exactly the style we were looking for in a Japanese soaking tub. Great product and excellent customer service. I’m very happy with this purchase.

It’s a nice looking tub but it does not keep the water warm, nor does the tub get warm from the water. The tub just stays cold no matter how warm the water is causing it to be cold on any body part touching it and actually cools the water. It’s pretty to look at but terrible if you like to take a bath.

The tub is quite attractive, a show piece. Very well made, handsomely designed. It was too large for my space, but the seller graciously agreed to its return. The return took a very long time, but eventually worked out.

Heavy, solid beauitful. Because top is wavy has no single level surface to put storage rack
