Solved a big problem
Bought a dummy head on Amazon a couple of years ago to use for lighting and focus on video. When I got around to using it, I found that it didnโt have a tripod connector, which was what I had vaguely remembered or assumed but something else. So I had to use a light stand to mount it, which was pretty unsatisfactory. Finally, in frustration I found this stand and connector at a very reasonable price, and it holds it perfectly
