Used this for covering hair during deep conditioning treatments to help with swimming pool chlorine damage. I do put a plastic shower cap on UNDER it though.So far, so good!

These do not heat up my head even with a plastic conditioning cap underneath. Since i have high porosity hair i use these too. However they are big enough to fit a head full of hair.
