They're good for improving the strength in your hand but my level one stretcher snapped by using it normally...EDIT: I decided to move onto level 2, I've been using them how they are supposed to be used and level 2 snapped. Snaps on the thumb area. Unless I have large hands or they're just really badly made I sort of wasted my money on these.

I returned these because they just didn't appear to work the extensors the way in which it's depicted in listing (that outstretched hand with the the band sitting very comfortably on the fingers).The loops didn't sit comfortably on my fingers as it was depicted, this was one of the reasons I purchased it. I found myself constantly fiddling with the other hand to keep the loops on my digits for pretty much the lightest band to the heaviest which defeats the purpose of the exercise! Perhaps it's my hands, and not the product. But one thing was clear...this product was not for me. I returned it as "not fit for purpose" for a full refund.

I purchased these bands to assist with wrist and elbow pain due to excessive weight lifting - I have excellent results as my pain has reduced and I can exercise with a lot less discomfort!!Very affordable and inexpensive for the results from this product. Extensor bands allow you to have a better muscle balance in your grip and forearm. Recommended for all athletes.

I bought this as I’ve recently started to play the piano again after not playing it for many many years! I do tend to get rsi and so this was the reason I wanted to try these. There are four different strengths which offer differing amounts of resistance. My hands shake using the first one so I definitely have lots of work to do with these! They are strong and well made and I think they will be ideal for me.

cool - my husband plays guitar and has issues with pressing the strings down right now...He's started using these to strengthen the opposite muscles and he's been doing it for a couple of weeks now and his fingers are feeling stronger.

Great exerciser. I am suffering from tennis elbow. I was told this exercise would help. Incredibly after the first time using the thing my elbow started feeling better. After a few days of practice and the pain in my elbow is down to almost negligible. Wasn't expecting that sort of a result.

I've used loads of different types of these to exercise antagonistic muscles for rock climbing. These have been the best yet. The finger loops prevent the rubber slipping up the finger when used. The resistance offered is sufficient, I'm happy with the level 1 band, there is another 3 above this. I sport climb f6c as a guide.

Really good value for money. Nice to find a hand exercise set that covers stretch as well as compression. I am currently using these to strengthen my hand following extensive surgery after an accident and they have really helped. Great products.
