Sacroiliac SI Belt for Women, Enhanced Compression for SI Joint Pain

I'm 5'4" and 175 (when I purchased the large). I have chronic lumbar issues and it helps a lot. Great compression and support. Very comfortable and can hide under clothes easily. Great quality as well. I ended up getting a XL as well and used it when I was pregnant. I use it when cleaning or holding my baby for longer periods of time and can still move easily. Strong velcro and I like the adjustable straps to change tightness.

I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and my hips frequently sublux or dislocate entirely. In the days I've been wearing this, my hips are actually staying in joint.

This sciatica back brace belt helps. I have found out that I can’t wear it very often because it has caused pain in other places of my body, but it does work and it has been very helpful. it is good to help with the sciatica and hip pain and also good Quality and Price.

This belt seems well made, and the velcro is so grippy I actually had a little trouble undoing it with my arthritic hands. You really need some finger strength. It fit well, but I wound up returning it because I found the stays uncomfortable on some fibromyalgia spots on my lower back. But if you don't have this issue, definitely give this belt a try.

Being a small framed 5 ft female This brace fits well and provides adequate support to the SI joints (iliac crest hip bones) well. I ordered the wrong size however the belt is adjustable. My husband also has lower back and SI joint issues he can use this brace and I will order a smaller size. I've used other brands of braces in the past. This brand is much more comfortable and doesn't slip and slide down the hips like other brands do! Would recommend this product to anyone suffering from SI PAIN !!

Maybe I need a different size or maybe its the way it is....but mine is bunching up in the back...i feel like i need more support...its very comfortable..sometimes i forget i even have it on...the velcro is super strong

I am wearing this as I type this review. The belt gives your hip a squeeze/hug helping to alleviate my sacroilliac discomfort. I cannot review its long term effect, but as of now, it is doing what it was intended for. The product arrived intact and well made: no frayed edges, velcro was intact and secured. I followed the sizing chart and the size I picked was perfect for my size. Follow the sizing chart, just make sure to measure the correct area where the product is supposed to be applied to: NOT YOUR WAIST!! MEASURE YOUR HIP AREA.

Me ayuda bastante bien me detiene la parte baja de mi espalda por lesión en la columna me lo pongo abajo de la ropa y no se nota que lo traigo puesto

Stütz und nimmt Schmerzen. Man sollte ihn aber nicht dauerhaft tragen. Ich trage ihn bei Hausarbeit und Gartenarbeiten. Beim Radfahren rutscht er etwas und muss immer wieder zurecht gerutscht werden. Allem in allem guter Helfer
