Does it come with scope rings & lense covers?

I bought # HR3244 can't remember if it came with the rings a covers, I used lower rings and other covers. Call them for all the info.and the right # to buy.( 1-877-429-5347 )

Will this scope work with a 405 fps bow ?

This scope is calibrated for 340 fps. The XB1 1.5-5x32 is calibrated for 250-450 fps and would be the appropriate scope for a 405 fps bow. Hawke makes fine scopes. I have 2 and am very pleased with the performance and quality.
