Love these mugs
I've bought many of these over the years but didn't know they did a smaller one.The first one was unusually faulty but they replaced it the next day before even receiving the other one back. New one works great.

nice mug but can it really justify the £30 price tag?
this is a very high quality mug, the lid is friction fit and screws tightly onto the cup forming a good seal. then the lid opens a small hole to sip through by way of a button on the rear side (which is lockable to avoid accidentally presses during transport).the lid attaches very tightly but it can require some oomph to unscrew and to re-tighten it when putting back on. i do worry a little that over time this may loosen up and affect how well it seals but it's pure conjecture on my part for now.the inside of the lid is open so your drink will slosh around the entire mechanism inside so it requires concerted effort when cleaning to make sure it's fully rinsed clean, which is a little frustrating as i hate washing travel cups up as it is.but minor grievances and concerns asides it's a very good quality and well made product that does do its job very well. i've used travel mugs that i thought were just as impressive that cost less so it's hard to fully recommend it but were it to be on sale then it could be a nice prospective purchase.

Looks good, works well, and well made, all I would need from a thermal mug
I have tried a few of these types of thermal mugs over the years, but they always seemed bulky, and of limited functionality, so this really surprised me.Firstly it holds a good sized cup of tea, 300 ml, secondly it does keep the fluid hot, (so will also keep cold drinks cold), I would say 1 hour really hot, the second hour hot, then a slow decline over the next few hours. The width of the metal shell is amazingly thin for a thermal device, and the "plastic" top seems to be double skin as well, but I suspect is where the very slow cooling is caused. I tried picking the mug up after pouring the boiling water into it, and amazingly it still felt cool to the touch.I had no trouble using it, though I would like to have had a wider aperture for the fluid to pour out, but not a problem.I most certainly will be buying these for presents in the future, I even use mine in the house when working on my PC, not just for travel, perfect in my opinion, and should last years.
