UPDATE #2 I received another (3Rd) bag from Bunker, this bag is significantly stronger, made of thicker material, and the stitching appears to be way better. I picked up the fully loaded carrying case with all the handles, one handle, and the shoulder strap, and all of the stitching held up. FINALLY, I can give this jack a well-earned 5-star review. i can only hope that this newly designed carrying case will arrive with your Bunker Hydraulic jack. if it shows up with the old bag and the handles brake, be sure and reach out to Bunker and get this redesigned bag. UPDATE #1 It’s been almost 1 year since I purchased this jack, and the carrying case fell apart immediately after placing the jack in it. Yesterday I received a package from Bunker, it was a new carrying case! I had no idea this was coming; it just showed up. One would hope they had corrected the terrible stitching and zipper on the original bag… watch the video, I will let you decide if they have made any improvements…😂😂😂 I’m glad they sent it, so at least we know someone is reading reviews, BUT COME ON!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW I purchased the BUNKER INDUST Hydraulic Lift Jack last July, and while I absolutely love the jack itself, the carrying bag has been a major disappointment. From the very beginning, the storage bag started falling apart. When I first received the jack, the handle ripped off the first time I picked it up. Shortly after, the eyelet tabs for the shoulder strap tore off. Most recently, both zippers broke when I used them last weekend. For context, this jack is stored in my climate-controlled gear room and only placed in the back seat of my Bronco when I go four-wheeling, so it's not exposed to UV damage or extreme conditions. Despite this, the bag continues to deteriorate with minimal use. The jack itself is fantastic, but the carrying bag’s durability is severely lacking. If I can get any assistance in replacing the carrying case, I’d be happy to revise this review to 5 stars. Do you offer any solutions for this issue? Cheers, Skyler

Low quality. Jack cylinder is solid, but the aluminum handle is hollow, and the piece holding the handle is plastic. Handle and holder broke on the very first use, and support ignored my calls. Worst of all, I was only trying to lift 1 side of a 4k lb shipping container, so it should not have been an issue at all. Ended up using a $20 jack from a discount store and it worked just fine. This jack and this brand are all for show. Total garbage product.

The first one arrived showing signs of leaking hydraulic fluid through the box. I sent it back and Bunker quickly sent me a new unit. I must say this thing is a well made, easy to use, and can adapt to many types of off road recovery situations. I strongly suggest you take it out and practice with it in different scenarios so when you do need to use it you’ll have a good idea of how to set it up. Made from aircraft quality aluminum and steel, this thing is solid. I’d be willing to pay a little extra for a hard carrying case because I’m not sure how durable the cloth carry bag is going to be after exposure to sun and harsh weather. Overall, I really like this hydraulic jack and I believe it’s a decent value.

Packing material that the jack was shipped in was poor. Upon opening the box it was apparent that there was a small oil leak. Tested the jack by pumping it up with my vehicle only to find that it wouldn't lower back down. Had to get my mechanical farm jack to lift truck to get the hydraulic jack out from under it. Great concept, horrible product.

Works really good! I tested on my Nissan Frontier with a 3” life kit, and it works perfectly

This Jack is awesome. Lifetime quality and the same specs as the ARB Jack for $300 less.

Leaks. First time I opened the box to use it, there was oil everywhere.
