Very useful for maintaining insulin below 30° C. It is very effective for travel between cities or in flights requiring change of flights where you do not have access to fridge for prolonged duration.

My mom has type 1 LADA diabetes, and she needs two pens with her whenever she goes out for longer than 5 hours. So this is my review based on my experience.This package will work for 8 hours, but 8 hours only, not more than that. After that the gel packets are all warm and your insulin will get warm too.While the gels are cold, the package will be cold too, and you can see it getting a little wet (not much) from outside, which means that insulation inside isn't exactly the best, but it works.If you are someone who will need to keep your insulins cold for 24hours, you will need to get one of those bottles, this is not for that.Lastly the packaging and everything was good, feels premium and heavy.

this is not cost effective.. cost is very high and the ice packs are very small and low standard
