This is one of the best jump rope for beginners and advanced for speed jump rope. It's very light weight and easy to use. We can do tricks too using this.

The handles are comfortable and of good built quality, I was looking out for a 4mm Jump Rope and was not able to find one and then I bumped into this brand’s wingz rope and thought to give it a try, after a month of use I must say it quality really stands out and its handle are unbreakable, (this is me saying it after owning 6 long handle rope) I must have smashed it like so many times while doing releases.
