Has anyone found an easy way to open these?

I use 2 pair of Needle Nose Pliars. It is beyond belief a product this effective can continue to be sold in completely substandard packaging. Obviously they don't care, or have never actually suffered the malady and attempted to use their own product.

Excellent for condition and after three days I no longer needed them. I had tried other products which were useless. I used one each night and symptoms relieved. It's everything you could want.
