Has anyone found an extender that works for these? The ones I have tried are not deep enough to hold the bit and I have a bracket in screw's way.

Imo, I wouldn't bother with those bits. They did not work on extracting 1/4 inch long sheet metal screws for me.

Will it work on 2mm laptop machine screws?

That might be too small, I don't know, but you might be better off using a Dremel with a cutting disc and cutting a slot in the top to fit a flat screwdriver blade to extract it.

Why weren't the instructions included for the speed out screw remover?
