It works.
The ASRock B560M-HDV R3.0 mobo I received was new with the tape unbroken. It came with the I/O shield, driver disk, 2 SATA cables and manual. Even though it has 3 video ports (HDMI, DVI and D-Sub or VGA), it has no slot for a SSD. But I wanted this for a WD puple hard drive to use a webcam as a surveillance camera. The only fan headers are 1 for the CPU and 1 for the case. This is not a big issue because my Thermaltake Versa H21 case doesn't take a fan at the front. It's so small it took only 4 screws to install it. It also has headers for both USB 2.0 and USB 3.

Beware of used/open box item.
Bought one of these and as a few others have noted, I opened it up and could see it was a used item. I/O shield was not bagged, cpu socket protective cover was missing, and the cpu retainer was not even latched to the board, just flopping around. Asked for an exchange and got it in, and while it had a bagged I/O shield, it came with the motherboard upside down sitting on the anti-static pad, it too had a missing cpu socket protective cover, and I noticed a small amount of thermal paste on the cpu retainer. Returned both and was not going to try for a third one. Went with a different board.
