Used this for a trip from US to Europe and it worked great. It kept medication cold and was easy to use. Did not get stopped at TSA and had plenty of storage. Size is perfect for a carry on. Great value and would buy again!

This is a very heavy duty item and it keeps it cold! Very indestructible! Went through TSA with it overseas a few times and no problems.

I ordered this because I was taking a road trip and needed to keep my Mounjaro cool. I followed the instructions. I used the black “velvet” bag to cover my pen and placed it in the container with the gel pack. My meds didn’t freeze and it remained cool until I got to my destination and was able to put it in the fridge.

I needed something for road trips and visiting family and taking my medication that needs to remain cold. Kept the medication for almost 24 hours.

I ordered this for international travel as I end up traveling for 24-hours straight at least twice a year. While I haven't taken that trip yet this year, I did lose power about a week after this arrived and I was so happy that I didn't need to worry about my medication expiring if the outage was long lasting. It took away a lot of the stress and worry the outage would have otherwise caused. Definitely recommend keeping this on hand, even if you don't need it for travel.
