Performance Balance Bracelet, Silicone Wristband for Athletes/Seniors

The EFX bracelet works as advertised. Increases balance, strength and flexibility. I'm almost 80 years old and playing golf and it really helps the game. Never take it off.

I would just like to say I am extremely happy with my EFX wristband. I have been dealing with balance issues and as soon as the wristband came in, I couldn’t open the package fast enough. When I put on the wristband and did the balance test, I couldn’t believe how fast the band worked. I don’t have balance issues anymore and I’m really starting to feel a difference. I received both the 6" and the 7" bracelets. I have very small wrists and the 6" fits comfortably, the 7" slides down onto my hand and would be fine for those who like a loose fit. They are sporty looking, good quality and arrived quickly. I'm hoping they will help with my balance as I continue to wear them.

What you need to know about EFX Balance bracelets - is they work! I struggle with balance being a Below Knee amputee - so my balance is off not to mention the other sports injuries I've experienced and overcome. I've tried other brands - but EFX far surpassess the "take-offs". Once you put it on - LEAVE IT. Its durable - shower ready - stylish - and a great value for the money. I also believe it helps with pain relief in that when you are more balanced you experience better posture and gait - which helps with Pain. The fit!! MEASURE your wrist as indicated and it will fit and look great. They are very durable - no real need to take it off - it also helps with sleep as another benefit.

These work great. However, I took it off for a medical procedure and it tore apart. I’ve only had this for 9 months. I’ve only taken it off once before.

This is a great bracelet except it would have been nice to get them in a box!!

But after dealing with Meniere's disease for years, I was willing to try anything that might help with the constant balance issues that come with it. The vertigo and instability that Meniere's brings can make even simple everyday tasks feel unpredictable, so finding something that takes the edge off matters a lot. Since wearing the EFX bracelet, I've noticed a real difference in how stable I feel on my feet day to day. The dizzy spells still come, but my ability to recover and stay upright feels noticeably improved. Whether it's the bracelet's technology or just increased body awareness, I can't fully explain it — I just know it works for me. I keep mine on at all times — it's not just a bowling thing, it helps in everyday life in ways you start to take for granted until you go without it. My one word of caution: be careful about taking it on and off too often. Repeatedly stretching it out can wear it down over time, so once it's on, I'd recommend leaving it on as much as possible to preserve it. Where I've really felt the difference is on the bowling lanes. As a high average bowler, I know better than anyone that balance is absolutely everything — it's the foundation of a consistent shot, a clean approach, and repeatable results. Meniere's was threatening all of that, making my footwork feel unpredictable and my timing inconsistent. Since wearing the EFX band, I've had so much more control through my approach and slide. My body feels centered and grounded in a way it hasn't in a long time, and that confidence carries through every shot. My scores reflect it, but more than that, I'm bowling with the same trust in my game that I worked so hard to build. I've been wearing EFX for almost 10 years now, and I absolutely swear by it. If you have a balance condition or are a serious bowler who knows how much stability impacts performance, I'd absolutely recommend giving EFX a shot. It's become a non-negotiable part of my game and my daily routine — and after a decade, I can't imagine going without it.
