This buckwheat honey exceeded my expectations! The taste is rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious with a deep, robust flavor that’s unlike regular honey. I’ve been enjoying it by itself, in tea, and drizzled over food, and it tastes amazing every time.

Been through so many honeys that have a 'burn' to their taste, are cloyingly sweet or strangely flavored. This is THE winner for both dark, raw loaded-with-health benefits and for deep lovely flavor. Sore throat or cough? I put a teaspoon in my mouth and let it slowly melt down the back of my tongue down my throat and it worked far better than the pharmacy meds. ONE COMPLAINT: it comes in an elegant 2 Ib jar BUT they put the cheapest shoddiest pour-cap on top. After five days it won't close and in a week the top piece just fell off. What is THAT all about. Sandt's executive in charge of plastic caps should be fired.

The honey is earthy and delicious. It came in such pretty packaging! Thinking it will make a great Christmas gift!
