Quality soap. I make my own and ran out, so I ordered this one. You could really smell the olive oil, in a pleasant way. They lather well and do a good job cleaning. I can see them being drying on a drier skin type. They work for my oily skin.

I've read a lot about Aleppo soaps and I was really nervous about choosing the right percentage of Laurel oil. My skin is dry and extremely sensitive. I personally really love the earthy smell of this soap, but it is rather strong as a bar but completely gone from the skin once you rinse it. It's pricier than your toxic soaps, but it's definitely worth it! You can really feel How deeply it cleans + leaves the skin feeling so soft and moisturized. I don't even need to bother with a moisturizer on most of my body after this! It seems to be confirmed that the higher the percentage of Laurel oil, the more moisturizing the soap. The size was exactly as described, and you should definitely try it!

I'm REALLY liking this Olive Oil Soap. My skin is so sensitive to any and everything and I have a nose piercing that's taking a very long time to heal. The antibacterial soap they suggested I use has helped it heal, but broken my skin out horribly. I found out it has some Aloe in it and my skin doesn't like anything Aloe based or containing any traces of Aloe whatsoever. This cleared it right up very quickly. I'm waiting to see if it's going to over dry, crack, itch, breakout, anything, and thus far, nothing but good clean, clear, soft nice skin. This bar is huge and no smell at all to me. Lathers very well. I'm very pleased so far.

This soap is exactly as described. I honestly do not use it often so I can't really speak on how effective it is regarding long term use, hence, 4 instead of 5 stars. When I have used it, it is very smooth, easy to rinse off, and definitely feels and smells like olive oil. I have used it 3-4 times and the logo impression is still visible. The bar is about double the size of a regular bar of soap.

Clean soap for me and does not leave soap residue in my shower. Leaves my skin feeling clean and soothed, without residue. The soap rinses away and doesn't leave a soap film behind. I wanted soap with simple ingredients and this is the best of several that I tried.

I have a soap fascination. And, i just love the physical aesthetic of a bath bar that resembles a brick. I also like the clean smell of the castile ingredients. So it's quite enjoyable to soap up my cloth and slather on the lather! Thank you!

This soap has a very strong dirt like smell. I could smell it through the package and it made me feel queasy.Despite reading a large amount of reviews before purchase- I am returning because the dirt smell is so strong. I don't want to bathe with something that smells like that.
