More natural option than mouthwash, tastes better than oil alone
My dentist suggested oil pulling for my gum health, but I don’t like the flavor of coconut oil on its own. I found this and it’s a light mint flavor that is not overpowering, but just enough to cover the coconut oil flavor. I get the benefits now without the gross flavor. And I do feel like it’s helping my gum health!

Taste amazing
I have tried a few ayurvedic oils and this one hands down has the best taste! I've also noticed my teeth are getting whiter, slowly but good things take time. :)

What is this
I stumbled upon the product that is the model for this. It's made by a company called Guru Nanda. Compared to that, this is sludge.

I’m not one to review many purchases, but this one is 100% worth it. As others mention, there’s a very subtle but pleasant taste. My mouth feels like a million bucks after swishing and scraping! I’m adding this to my subscribe and save.
