After 3 weeks of using this product. I would like to give it a 4 star, but understanding how machines with power work, it’s a 5! 😇 I’ve had several laptop cooling systems in the past, sure they all had RGB lights, but the power, space, and quality were no comparison. First, let’s talk about how this can connect with your laptop. (Note: I don’t use it in this form because I have a docker station, but I did test it to ensure the usb ports are working). The cooling system comes with a USB-C to USB-C connector that connects to your laptop (cable included). After connecting this piece, you can then connect a mouse and keyboard to the USB slots on the cooling system instead of your laptop, and boom, you can send the signal of both devices and use them as normal. Awesome! Next, the power of the fan. It actually cools my laptop by around 20-25 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes with a nice pad that you can place your laptop on so that the bottom does not get scratched. This was carefully thought of and well crafted to include. It also comes with a dust proof filter so that the fan underneath does not intake dust. This machine can blast cold air like no other. The trade off is that with lots of power coming from the fan, it will sound loud when it’s at max speeds. However, it’s understandable, it’s blowing powerful cold air. The RGB lights make it look pretty, and there are several types of settings you can use for the lights. It all depends on how you like your light settings to be, there are static colors and there are dynamic colors as well. I use the dynamic rainbow function of light settings, there’s no life without colors! To summarize it all together, this fan was well worth it. It’s a good weight, it’s durable, powerful and pretty. I have a MacBook Pro from 2019, 15 inch sitting right on top of the pad, and the cooling system gets the job done. ✅ If there are any questions about this cooling system, feel free to comment below. I bought the White RGB for my sister. I understand that it is in fact Pricey. But the color is great. The lights pop out in a dark room. That’s not even it. The plastic Material is very well made. She enjoyed the way it is made. The setting for changing the fan speed is awesome. Works as intended and the air is cool hovering the hand over it. Very good for cooling. I understand that “Oh it’s loud” when it goes past 1300 to even higher. But that’s what we want. Because a fast fan means better cooling. Noise won’t be a problem when you want your laptop cool as possible. Wear your headphones and everything will be good. I give this product a 10 out of 10!

I'm using this cooler to game on an HP Omen laptop with RTX 5080 mobile GPU. I bought it to extend the lifespan of the laptop's thermal paste and components while maintaining full gaming performance (frame-rates). I don't use headphones and find the fan sufficiently quiet below ~1200 rpm. And that's great because I haven't encountered a game that requires more than 1000 rpm to keep the laptop's internal fan happy/quiet under load. Most games maintain full frame-rates at 800 RPM, which is barely-audible even with minimal game volume. The foam creates a good seal as necessary to force air through the laptop. Highly recommended, but check the price history for appropriate sales.

The USB hub on the side also adds convenience by reducing the number of peripherals directly connected to my laptop. Downsides - Noise: At max 2800 RPM, the fan is quite loud. One night, I went downstairs to grab a drink and could still hear it from another room. However, powerful cooling comes at a cost, and I find it manageable by wearing headphones while gaming. - Portability: I often take my laptop to work or different locations, and this cooling pad isn’t very travel-friendly due to its size and thickness. If you need something highly portable, this might not be the best choice. If you're serious about keeping your gaming laptop cool and want to minimize dust buildup, this cooling pad is absolutely worth it. While the noise and portability might be drawbacks, the strong airflow, impressive cooling efficiency, and dust protection more than make up for it.

Usually, laptop coolers barely reduce temps by 2-3 degrees but this laptop cooler reduced temps on my Alienware m16 R1 (AMD) from 91C to 81C. It is very loud at the max 2800 RPM but dropping the fan speed down to 1300 RPM is good enough for temp reduction with much less fan noise. As a bonus, it has USB hub on the side so once you connect it to your laptop, it will give you 3 additional USB ports but they are USB 2 speeds not USB 3 or 3.1 so keep that in mind, good enough for connecting a mouse, keyboard, etc, but not for high speed drives. The RGB lighting is very bright and allows you to change the color or lighting effects. The build quality is solid, it is made of plastic but high quality and you get an extra dust filter in the box. Finally, for those in the UAE/UK, it comes with a UK power adapter not a US one so you can connect it right away without the need for a US to UK converter.
