These pens are perfect! and thanks to the pens plus the cleaning cloth they came with, my diamond/platinum ring has never looked sparklier!!! The brush the pen has built in does an absolutely fantastic job getting into all the little corners and backing of my engagement ring (which has some really tight and tricky spots thanks to the setting). The cloth is a really nice bonus too! I couldn’t believe how much extra dirt the white cloth pulled up, even after thoroughly cleaning and rinsing my ring with the pen. I also LOVE how the pens aren’t messy like the liquid cleaner! Our jeweler gave us a little tub of watery blue ammonia cleaner to use with my ring originally and it always seemed messy. I would end up with nast chemicals all over my fingers and counter when I used the liquid stuff. These pens don’t make a mess at all. Hallelujah! I will be using these from now on!!

Pro: My wedding ring looks like it is brand new from the jewelry store. It has never looked so dazzling. Does an amazing job on other gemstones also.Con: You have to keep turning to get the blue cleaner to come out on the brush and if you use every day it gets used up fast.

Works well but you need to make sure you allow for the cleaner solvent to work its way to the tip. Works fine!
