i have used other sweat belts before so i can really feel the difference of this one.It traps your body heat, the velcro is good (you can move around as much you like—ok for intense workouts too) the belt won’t budge.i genuinely like it, it’s much better than other sweat belts and yes because it traps the heat so well you will burn water weight fast (intense workout)
