To me, the color and flavor is similar to yellow mustard but with a more bite and vinegar flavor. The taste is great, especially on the pizza I had tonight. It's not super hot but can make you break out in a sweat.

This one is a keeper for my shelf. It's really a nice break from the usual "hot sauce". It's pure taste of the actual peppers just like the jarred product really. The vinegar is is most of the burn to me. It's mild hot by most standards. It will be great as part of a dressing with olive oil and maybe some balsamic with red onion to pour over a sandwich. I've got a collection of this company's products going strong in my pantry. I love that they keep the ingredients simple. No inflammatory junk like soy or canola or extra sugar. I buy their Pesto with only olive oil for this reason.

Okay, it's good, but not as good as expected. I think I thought it would have a richer taste rather than mostly a vinegary taste. But then that's pretty much what pepperoncinis taste like. It's pricey as well. I think 4 stars is fair.

As someone that loves peperonchinis with pizza, I knew I would love this. It tastes just like blended peppers in the best way possible. The heat is perfect in my opinion, hot but doesn't take away from the actual flavor of the food.

Packaging was very good, I believe these are shipped from manufacturer. This sauce is like no other it's a must for leftover pizza.

So delicious - on pizza, subs, sandwiches, salads. Tangy, slightly spicy, well-balanced and lovely flavor.

Glass under seal was broke on one bottle, leaked on label. Did not use it. The other one was fine. Amazon said they will reimburse me. I like the taste of the good bottle and am ordering again, I hope it does not come broken. I will review that one when I get it.
