Easy install , very bright.
Instructions are good and the bulb is bright daylight color. I wanted the least amount of power used so I went ahead and removed the ballast. Hope it lasts a good long time!

Very bright, but some caveats
I picked these up for a very specific purpose. Our guest kitchen is in a recessed spot, far removed from any windows and receiving minimal natural light. It has a single overhead four bulb fluorescent fixture. That's it. It's actually a pretty nice kitchen, but it always feels dim and claustrophobic.The standard T8 fluorescent bulbs that I replaced produced 2600 lumens. These are rated at 3120 lumens, and so should be significantly brighter. They are, but there are some gotchas. First, these are somewhat directional. Because of how they're constructed, they don't send as much light to the sides as the original bulbs. Second, even behind the large kitchen fixture diffuser, there is some evidence of the individual led segments.The 6000K color temperature was my mistake. The light is almost painfully gray, but switching to 5000K would completely solve that.These are not that far from the fluorescents in power consumption. They bring the fixture down from 128W to 96W. Not terrible, considering they're about 18% brighter.Would I do it again? Yes, but only in our unusual situation, and with a warmer color temp.
