Wow what can I say, this makes traveling with medication a breeze. It keeps everything cold for a day and a half using it around Europe I. The height of the summer. Deffinatly reccomend No problem at airport security either

I purchased this a few months back, and finally took it on a "test run" to Phoenix, AZ recently. Little did I know that by the time of my travel to Arizona, a record-breaking heatwave would be in progress. I followed the instructions for preparing the cooler, packed up my supplies, placed the cooler in my purse, and set off on a two-state drive across deserts, through temperatures as high as 109 degrees. The cooler performed perfectly! It kept my medicine cool not only through the day of the drive, but all through the next day and night as well, at least a good 48 hours. In this case, and as this was a test, it didn't matter if the meds came to room temp as I'd be taking them well before their expiration date, but they were fine. Still, I was pleased and extremely satisfied with how well the cooler worked. 👍🏼👍🏼 It'll be going overseas with me later this year and I'm fully confident that it will perform equally as well.

I purchased the Nomad for a recent long-haul flight. I was able to fit five Ozempic pens in the cooler with the gel pack. It kept them cold for the 30-hour travel time. I had done a test run with an almost empty pen a few days before my trip to see if the medication would freeze. It didn't. I took the gel pack out of the freezer and let it rest for ten minutes before putting it in the cooler. That seemed to be fine. I had no trouble getting through airport security with it in Canada.

It does not seem to hold the temperature as long as advertised, but it held what I needed for the timeframe I needed. I do wish it came with a thermometer and a bottle I could fill with ice water to extend the travel time. I had purchased a different brand that came with those two things, but it was returned because the capacity was not quite enough for what I needed.
