I’m not a supplement person but started a diet and was having trouble! Well along with dieting things take time after the first week I had improved on my regular routine. After a few days on these evening, my body noticed a difference and I was getting g out of bed easier. I was searching for a particular strain of bacteria that is associated with effects on a particular degenerative disease. I'm a woman, so perhaps my motivation in trying this formula is quite a bit different than most. But wow, after day 1 - Surprise! Amazing skin results! I read plenty of material on probiotics and especially this one in particular. It had the most information on it. While I had done my research and purchased what I believe to be a good product. And it probably is based on the effects I got from it. 15 days into the bottle and taking it with food with fat in it. I have stopped the whole regime as I was getting bloated and had terrible bouts of gas. After more research, I find out that this can happen. Your body rejects the flora of new bacteria and causes distress. It is not the product's fault. But be warry when purchasing something that costs nearly 50 bucks and you cant get the benefits of because of digestive distress.
