The only good thing about this patch is it's easy to use. However after about a week or so of using them I felt a reaction like prickly heat. Now I have a red patch on my skin which is itchy. These are not worth the money

I’m only on day 2 of these patches so obviously won’t notice a difference this early, but OMG i don’t know how much longer i can continue with them! They smell horrible, as soon as i opened the packet i gagged, they literally smell like your sticking mould to your belly, it’s all you can smell, and the smell kept waking me up last night it’s horrendous! Obviously it’s worth it if they actually work but just on the smell they are a no from me!!!!!

Like these and they seem to curb your appetite

These ok but can’t see the results make me want to go to toilet a lot during the night .

You know what ! These actually do something. Nothing drastic but definitely something.

Just bad stickers, irritated my skin badly.
