It’s impossible to say whether this is working or not.If you’re into the gym you’re probably taking several supplements and watching what you are eating anyway. Is this helping? Who can say for certain but if you believe the research then take them. What I can say is these taste OK and are better than measuring powders. They don’t have any bad after taste and I certainly feel ok taking these ... so at best no harm done. I do question why they can’t make a single daily tablet as I hate having to carry around half a dozen of these and the many other tablets I take :(

Honestly, the fact that they’re on Amazon and available for next day delivery is exceptionally convenient. However, they taste like ass. If you have had the chewable creatine from Myprotein, theyre very pleasant to eat and don’t feel like a chore. After a couple of these tablets I literally couldn’t force myself to eat my daily dose. It just tastes like it shouldn’t be eaten if that makes any sense at all. If I had to describe the taste I would say chemical and chalk. Unfortunately they will be going in the bin and I won’t be ordering again.
