Are these sunglasses impact rated? Can they be used as safety glasses?

There's no ANSI rating on them.

What can I do about the loose screws that are supposed to hold the hinges together? I have to tighten them every 2-3 days.

I have not had this problem with mine, but if I did, I think I would try a little glue used for plastics on the screws and let it sit unused for a day while the glue set. Perhaps someone else has a proven answer.
