Great pc & great looks
The computer is awesome, it looks great & better & anything else out there. But the beauty is on the eyes of the beholder. The Alienware brand have a very good reputation & it’s pretty noticeable que you purchase their product. Everything has quality here. But the best part is the warranty that you get with Dell, their customer service is the best. The only thing I bought for my system that actually didn’t came with it was the CPU water cooler. But just because I didn’t live the air cooler. It looks mediocre for such a beast of pc. & I will consider to get a 3090 or 4090 on the future since the value of the graphics cards at the moment are higher than the actual pc.

Great Gaming Computer!
Great computer even though the price is a lot. It checked all the boxes for me that I needed for a gaming PC. It is truly a wonderful machine, although it didn’t come with the liquid cooling or the back cover like in the pictures. Still, I’m loving every minute of gaming on this amazing machine. I was hesitant at first about Alienware… but it proved to be the best computer I’ve ever had. I recommend this product to anyone who is series about gaming/streaming.

Best gaming computer I've ever had
I know what you're thinking, 2 grand for a gaming computer is INSANELY expensive and you would be right that is definitly on the more expensive side of gaming computers. But I have to say this is the best gaming computer I have ever had, with the NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6n processor gaming is crisp and clear like you're living the game. I have had no lagging errors or problems loading games. This computer can quite literally run anything from minecraft to Virtual reality with ease. I will say I am not a huge fan of windows 11 but that is something I can very easily get used to. Overall I am extremely happy with my purchase and recommend this product to anyone with a little extra cash and looking for a great gaming computer!Below I have attached the specs for the computer, feel free to ask questions if you have any.Processor 4.9 GHz core_i7RAM 16 GB DDR5Memory Speed 4400 MHzHard Drive 1 TB HDDGraphics Coprocessor NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6Chipset Brand NVIDIACard Description GeForce RTX 3060 TiGraphics Card Ram Size 8 GBWireless Type Bluetooth, 802.11axNumber of USB 2.0 Ports 6Number of USB 3.0 Ports 9Operating System Windows 11 HomeRam Memory Installed Size 16 GBBrand AlienwareHard Disk Description HDDRAM Memory Technology DDR5Hardware Interface Bluetooth, Solid State Drive, DisplayPort, Ethernet, HDMISeries Alienware Aurora R13RAM Memory Maximum Size 128 GBCPU Manufacturer IntelWireless Communication Technology Bluetooth, Wi-Fi

NO POWER CORD
I had no trouble receiving this product. Only problem is that it didn’t come with a power cord. I understand that I can probably go find one elsewhere with enough time, but I was expecting to plug and play. Not very happy that it didn’t come with a power cord. I wish that it would’ve said that specifically on the details of the order, if it did or didn’t come with it. That’s literally the 1 thing I needed besides the computer itself. Now, I get to watch it sit until I get a cord that can go with this PC.

overall great performance, but some issues.
First of all I purchased this for the purpose of gaming, such as WoW, PoE, LoL and games of the sort. So far it has run every game at max settings, with ray tracing where available, with no issues whatsoever.I had no issues upon initial start, it was as easy as plug and play. There is some Alienware bloatware, but it hasn't been an issue and out of box it did not open upon initial start up.The one issue I have is the cooling of the machine, while I haven't gone above 72 degrees the fans do get loud, not enough to be noticed while wearing a headset but it is a tad annoying otherwise. The other primary issue I have is that the stock photos presented show the machine with the Alienware CryoTech liquid cooling for the CPU; This machine doe's not come with that, it is a standard fan.I rated the Tech Support as a 1 star because when I called about this and questioned why it came with a standard fan, the customer rep told me that air fans are liquid cooled and have liquid inside of them before ending the call...TL;DRMachine has done everything I've asked of it with no issue, fans and the cooling of the system seem potentially troublesome, the CPU cooler in the stock photos is not what you actually get, Dell tech support is hilariously bad.

Great computer!
Fantastic computer! Love the lights, and it is super quick and responsive. Lots of ports to plug in all your peripherals. Runs pretty quiet too!

False advertisement
Where is my liquid cooling, my back cover and my 4.9 ghz cpu? And you don’t have any place for adding pci-e cards with that nvidia RTXGpu occupying the whole space. Only gives you the option to add 2 internal storage devices. The Bios looks basic and inefficient.Maybe a bios update can fix that? The only positive I see so far is that it is a quiet machine and it runs smoothly. I will have to see how it operates overtimeJust want to add that this computer has a higher problem with waking up from sleep mode and for some strange reason it tells me that my warranty has already expired when I only just bought the computer.
